炒花蛤,注意老抽少放一点。加半瓶啤酒

洗干净,倒油,放葱姜蒜爆香,放入花蛤翻炒,放上调料,按照自己的口味调咸淡,注意老抽少放一点。加半瓶啤酒。翻炒均匀煮5分钟收汁,放小米辣洒香菜。出锅咯!
